The AJL works across our Jewish community to promote lifelong Jewish learning and foster connections to Israel and the Jewish people by building the community's capacity to deliver inspiring Jewish learning experiences to the largest number of people. AJL seeks to inspire students and families in our synagogues, connect teens with Jewish learning and community, engage families in Jewish life and educate Jewish leadership. The agency partners with schools, early childhood programs, youth groups, agencies, synagogues, and community programs in areas including teacher resources, curriculum, professional development, special needs/inclusion, organizational development and more. Classes and programs for adults, teens and families are offered in collaboration with many partner institutions. AJL connects extensively with resource providers on the national level to offer leadership and innovation.
