The AJL ofers a wide variety of Judaic and Hebrew language courses taught daytime and evenings by eduators, local rabbis and special guest lecturers. These include: Hebrew Language Instruction from absolute beginner (reading and/or conversation) to advanced students.  The Florence Melton Adult Mini-School is a 2 year comprehensive program affiliated with Hebrew University, providing the basics of Jewish learning through four courses focusing on lifecycles and holiday observance, Jewish theology, Jewish ethics and Jewish History
