The Passport to Israel Program is a cooperative savings plan betwen some congregations, the UJF, and the family to send children on an 'approved' trip to Israel. As long as you are a member of a congregation in the Pittsburgh area, you are eligible to enroll your child in the Passport to Israel Program.
